Corporate Transfer or Company Relocation?:
If you're being relocated here with your company, one of the first things you need to do is find out if there will be a relocation package for you. If so, they'll likely 'force' you to use a 'preferred' agent. The relocation companies (handling your move) typically will have a relationship with one of the larger Charlotte real estate firms who has agreed to pay a referral fee in exchange for (your) business. That's largely how some of your expenses are paid.
Now, in most cases, you can pick your own buyer's agent as long as you get their permission up front and the agent you choose is agreeable to paying the same referral fee. We are. So, if you want to make sure that you are getting a top-notch, experienced agent and not just being stuck with whoever they choose for you, we'd love to help. I would suggest that you reach out to us for a friendly conversation. If it feels "right", then all that's left is to contact your relocation contact and let them know that you'd like to use us and we'll go from there. After all, having a comfortable relationship with your Realtor is one of the most important components!
